Great WLB and comp, engineering not so much
Great compensation. Amazing international relocation support if you need (business flights, reimbursements, a bunch of other stuff). Great WLB. Good learning materials and opportunity to work on different things with internal mobility. Reasonably good internal tooling. Fast to make changes and see impact. Not many meetings.
Hack is pure garbage. The company has been making many mistakes with privacy for a few years and getting bad press, which does not feel great. The metaverse situation plus a bad stock price has created an atmosphere of unease. Ops (in the sense of maintaining prod services) are not very well organized, at least in Enterprise Engineering.
