The culture there is amazing. People want to do good products; there are no silos, and internal communication is great and efficient. Engineers are empowered to decide what's best and to set direction. There are high expectations about engineering impact, and high-level engineers achieve this by proving it. Compensation and perks are very competitive, at least in London.
