I love this place. Coworkers are kind and competent. The company culture is very respectful. We get to discover and work on some of the coolest and most challenging problems in the world. I am very on board with the mission of connecting the world.
We do move fast, and that is stressful at times. It is sometimes intimidating to deal with systems that affect so many people in significant ways.
Pay attention to subtle shifts in culture, and try to make sure that we remain humble, continue to focus on the mission, and favor reliability over shiny new features.

The interview was with two PE Managers. This followed a screen with an FB recruiter. The screen with the recruiter was easy, and I was given lots of material to help prepare for the first interview.
