Easy Work, Poor Management
Laid back for a while, not a very stressful job. Got paid for the easiest job, so I can't complain too much.
Management was terrible. The way everything was structured pretty much led to the downfall of my project. I couldn't even make ideas to truly help, as it was considered time theft.

Software Engineer
For the screening round, I was asked two LeetCode-style questions. I got both of them right. I was not informed about the result for about a month. Then I received a rejection. This was likely because of my immigration status.
