Large leading tech company with tons of talent. Many different products to work on.
Great environment and atmosphere.
You work on a niche part of a large product. Lots of different efforts get lost because of the large number of teams, engineers, and context sharing.
The interview process was terrible and longer than it needed to be. I received little feedback. There were many cancellations of interviews, causing rescheduling the following week. Recruiters were all over the world, and I never worked with the same
System design focused on Virtual Reality. Several rounds. Nice tour of one of their newer buildings. Loud office due to an open floor plan taken to the extreme. Reviewers were pretty chill, much cooler and more respectful than Amazon.
I entered the process via a recruiter I'd worked with previously. I started with a phone screen that went well -- some simple puzzle questions that were easy to work out on the fly. From there, I moved on to the on-site interview. This was a series
