Lots of smart people. You're given quite a bit of autonomy. Interesting problems. Nice perks.
High pressure; work-life balance is subpar.
The whole process went by incredibly quickly. After applying directly to a recruiter, I completed a coding challenge through HackerRank as part of the screening process. I then received a call from the recruiter to walk me through the interview step
I was referred by someone who worked there. I had a phone screen and was then brought onto campus for a day of interviews. There were three interviews back-to-back: * Two were technical. * One was behavioral.
All interviewers were very kind. It didn't matter if small mistakes were made during the interview; interviewers were willing to give hints to help correct them. It's always good not to get stuck at some point. I got my first interview from TopCoder
