I had a brief phone conversation with the interviewer initially, who then scheduled a technical interview with an engineer working at Facebook HQ. The second technical interview was fairly relaxed. I was asked to solve two problems using collabedit.

The recruiter initially reached out after a career networking event but I was not looking for new opportunities at the time. We set a date for an interview six months in advance. I interviewed in person at the Menlo Park office.
