Phone interview after referral. I got referred, responded to a few emails, and got interviewed over the phone. Interviewer couldn't speak much English, which is fine, but a problem when having a conversation that would be evaluated.

The recruiter was nice, and all the interviewers were friendly. I solved all the questions but still failed the interview. I think they really need code that is totally bug-free! It is said interviewers will run the code from a whiteboard.

A recruiter reached out and scheduled two phone interviews. The interviews were focused on solving algorithmic problems. After solving each problem, I asked some questions. I received feedback and an offer within a week.
