The interview began with a 10-minute discussion of my resume. Afterward, two questions were asked via CoderPad. Test cases were required, but running the code was not necessary. At the end of the phone interview, I had 5 minutes to ask questions.

I was scheduled for a call for a new grad software engineer position. For some reason, the recruiter thought I was previously an engineering manager and quickly ended the interview. It was a very odd experience.
