Overall, the process was good. After initial recruiter screens, there were two rounds of phone screening and then six rounds of on-site interviews. The system design questions were tough, but the rest were okay.

The interview process was word-for-word the questions in the interview guide. There were several issues with scheduling. For example, I was not informed an interview was scheduled, and then I was informed it was cancelled.
