Best Company in the World
I've only been at the company for 5 months, but I already feel like part of the Facebook family. Main positive points in my opinion:
- Care and affection for the employee in all spheres. Better food, comfortable desk and chair, office always very clean, etc.
- Values and code of ethics. Here everyone treats each other with respect and as equals.
- Freedom to be and to think.
- Benefits and salary.
- Team.
- Opportunity for growth.
- Development courses and workshops.
You immediately start producing. Lots of information and little time to absorb so much and already go to the "front line". It can be a bit daunting at first.
