Cloud Solution Architect Interview Experience

Process

I applied through a recruiter. After the initial assessment with the recruiter, I had three rounds of interviews on a single day.

The hiring manager didn't show much interest and didn't ask a single question about my experience and knowledge. Instead, she asked me to give a product demo from Microsoft Docs.

At the end of the demo, she told me another candidate was waiting for me. After that, I had a behavioral and technical interview, where I was able to answer 100% of the questions correctly.

After waiting for several days and sending several emails, my application was moved to a rejected state in the company portal. I requested feedback to understand my shortcomings, but received absolute ghosting from HR and the hiring manager.

The process was totally unclear and differed from what HR explained during the initial call and what I actually faced during the interviews.

What I understood is that they want an MBA candidate or someone with sales experience who is also extremely expert technically, possessing expertise as a DBA, Solution Architect, developer, and in a few other roles.
