Process
The interview had a very technical focus. It also had a strong management focus. I met with key people from Development, Product Management, and Test (QA). They asked mostly interactive behavioral questions. There were also some technical discussions in front of the whiteboard.

How would you handle this problem which we ran into today? There is a security issue with CSSI attacks that only occurs for customers in this region of the world.
