The interviewers were bad and arrogant. They behaved as if the candidates sitting in front of them were nothing and treated them poorly. Candidates need to be respected and treated well.

Pros: Clearly, one can make a career at this company. There are lots of opportunities, smart people around you, and a huge amount of interesting challenges. The benefits package is very good, and there's great job security. The company really cares about its employees.
Cons: Microsoft is huge, and cross-org collaboration might be difficult at times. Some tools are outdated and require quite some effort to get used to.
