It was a multi-step interview process over the internet. It was very tough, and I thought I was doing well, but I did not end up getting an offer. The feedback was not great either, even after the extended time of interviewing.

Pros: Great colleagues to work with, OK salary and benefits.
Cons: Not much room to grow in a hardware development position. Promotions are very, very limited. As a result, personal skills and upward management play a bigger role in promotion, not technical skills or how much you have achieved.
