I received a call from Microsoft Hyderabad regarding this profile, and my interview was scheduled for Saturday.
The HR shared a JD profile, and I prepared accordingly.
The interview was conducted on time, but the questions focused specifically on the architecture of my project. I'm unsure if it was a communication issue or a lack of knowledge on the interviewer's part, but he didn't quite grasp what I was trying to explain.
The most significant point was that he did not know what RWD (Responsive Web Design) is.
He also became confused when I explained the repository pattern.
I thought a consultant role was technical, but it seems more like providing solutions to clients without hands-on coding.
Additionally, I didn't receive a single question from the JD shared by HR or one that was present on the Microsoft site.
I had prepared for all the things listed on my resume, but the interviewer just kept asking me about architecture. I don't know the issue, but that person was not able to envision the architecture of my app.
