Process
I was contacted via email and had two phone screens, as this was a remote position.
After the second phone screen, the recruiter never contacted me back with any sort of feedback, even after a follow-up email from me.
Very unprofessional for such a large organization.
Questions
For both phone interviews, I was asked a number of .NET theoretical questions, but never asked any detailed questions about the actual work and projects I've done.
