The interview process is very informal, and almost nothing was clear to me throughout the process, even after asking and complaining. You are always at the mercy of the hiring manager to provide details, or lack thereof. Despite having good interview rounds, I heard nothing.
It seems like they hire only people they know prior to the job opening.
