I applied online. The process took two weeks.
It was chaotic, unstructured, and not knowing what we're walking into. Recruiters are wildly unresponsive and don't help prepare anything for the interviews. We don't even know what to expect from each round. The interviews, on the other hand, felt more like what real-world work would look like, which was a good experience. Interviewers feel seasoned and friendly and know what to judge candidates on.
