Please do not go when called for hiring drive events.

It was a hiring drive conducted at the Bangalore Centre for a Hyderabad location. The interview process consisted of three major algorithm and data structures rounds that happened on that day. I am not sure about further rounds as they did not happen.

Question related to LinkedLists, Online Algorithms, Arrays, etc.

They took all day, from 11 AM to 7 PM, and conducted only three rounds. I received positive feedback for all three rounds. At 7 PM, HR came and said they would revert within a week with details on the further process.

Two weeks passed with no update from HR. When I followed up, HR said the team was currently not hiring.

I don't know why they would conduct interviews in such a case, or at least, HR should have had the courtesy of reverting about it.

I would advise not to go for hiring drives. If you are going and all rounds do not get completed on the same day, then do not assume that further rounds are going to happen.

In hiring drives, HR's intention is just to get as many people for the interview.
