Process

Step 1. Recruiter contacted and had a 30-minute call to understand the job profile and what you are looking forward to.

Step 2. Asked me to update my resume on the Microsoft career website.

Step 3. The recruiter started sharing some openings which hiring managers (mostly Dev Managers) shortlisted. Gave my available time slots.

Step 4. The hiring manager will schedule a technical coding interview round.

Questions

Interviewer's first question: "Why Microsoft?" He then shared a Codility link.

Question: Convert a number (1234) into words (One Two Three Four) in the most efficient way, without using switch cases or string conversions.

Since I hadn't practiced algorithms much, I struggled a bit. However, the interviewer provided some tips. It was a 50-minute online test within a 1-hour time slot.
