I submitted my resume at a job fair. I then received an opportunity for an on-campus interview. When I arrived, the interviewer simply gave me a question to solve. However, he didn't seem to care about me. It felt like I would definitely fail. While I was writing my code, he was just doing his own thing and not even listening to me.

Pros: The biggest campus in India. All kinds of gaming activities. It almost has every department that a software engineer can work on.
Cons: Salary is decent. Not as high as other companies.

Goals are very clearly defined, and it's easy to track your progress.
Your managers want to help you grow your career.
Cons: There is a lot of group-think and an unspoken requirement to drink the Kool-Aid. Communication doesn't always happen in the appropriate channels, so it's easy to become disconnected.
