Pros: - The people you work with are usually good people. - Free drinks and Starbucks/Seattle's Best coffee. - Pay is pretty good.

Cons: - Benefits suck now. - Company has been going nowhere for over a decade. - The review system is an abomination. - If you're unlucky enough to work in the newer buildings, enjoy the moronic decisions to put everyone in open spaces and block off the windows so you can't see outside. If you like working in a cave surrounded by maddening levels of noise, this might be the perfect environment for you.

Cons: - Benefits suck now. - Company has been going nowhere for over a decade. - The review system is an abomination. - If you're unlucky enough to work in the newer buildings, enjoy the moronic decisions to put everyone in open spaces and block off the windows so you can't see outside.
