In 2008, I interviewed with the Microsoft office team. I had one phone interview, followed by an on-site interview.
I had the great opportunity to be interviewed for an hour by each interviewer. The technical questions were not difficult, but I did not organize my thoughts well regarding testing cases. Furthermore, I did not present the whiteboard problem-solving process very well. I should have spent 10-15 minutes solving the problem and providing a good explanation, instead of 30-40 minutes.
