Pros: Salary is good. Benefits are good. The workplace is good. The people are nice.
Cons: Usually, young people find it hard to take on challenging work. Promotion is mainly based on how long you have worked here. It's hard to get promoted quickly, especially in some old teams, like Windows or Office.

Pros: Lots of interesting projects - you can work in just about any technology field.
Lots of interesting people - you work with people smarter than you.
Cons: Work-life balance can easily get out of whack if you don't actively manage expectations.
Performance evaluation process was grossly bizarre: testers were rated with/against devs & PMs, not just with/against other testers.
