Pros: Great people. You will in fact meet some really brilliant people who created things you use daily. Perks are awesome. Depending on the team, you will get a lot of team events. You know you are changing people's lives when you work here. Work-life balance is great.
Cons: Switching to other teams within Microsoft is insanely hard. Sometimes you don't get the feel of where the company is moving to early enough.

Pros: Energetic company to work for.
Cons: The most strange thing is that people are valued not on what they are needed to do, but rather on what their next level is supposed to do (and measured by it somehow). Essentially, you can do a superb job on your duties, and you will never get rewarded.
