Pros: The salary is good. There are abundant resources. The co-workers are friendly, and I enjoy knowing lots of talented people and having fun discussing and co-working with them.
It's a good place to learn and grow.
Cons: Overloaded and overworked at midnight, bad in communication between departments.
Hard to find balance of life and quality of living.
