Pros: If you are seeking good work-life balance, Microsoft is good. There is not too much pressure on the tasks.
Cons: You cannot get a chance to touch core technologies, especially in very large teams. You only get very sliced chunks of work to do. This is not good for your career development if you are ambitious.

Pros: Good working environment, a lot of training materials for new grads to start, technically driven, good benefits, brand recognition, and decent work-life balance.
Cons: The company is left behind in the Internet field.
The mind sight is still software-focused, not user-oriented.
There are too many processes and overhead, so it's not agile enough.
It takes 3 years to transfer from China to the US.

Free coffee.
Sports memberships.
Laid-back atmosphere.
I would highly recommend this company.
Work-life balance is not only respected, it is encouraged.
My experience has been great.
Cons: I have heard that there are some teams that are not great, although I've never met anyone working for said teams. Everyone I've met likes their team.
You can always switch teams if this is the case.
I wish the free coffee wasn't Starbucks, but some fresh local roasted coffee. Minor gripe.
