After waiting for two months, I received an email from the recruiter. They told me I passed the interview, but there were no more interview spots, so they couldn't move me to the next round.

Pros: I had been talking to them and working with them for some time now. They are all very helpful and provide a good service.
Cons: I don't really think there are many cons, to be honest. However, the phone waiting times could be shortened by a little amount.

Pros: 1. Has great benefits such as health care, training, 401k, stock offers, etc.
2. Work and/or life balances are so much better than startups, Google, or Amazon.
3. Generally, career development goals are clear from management level.
Cons: 1. Might have too much of a process for product design.
2. Generally, product design teams are less agile.
