Process
There was a job fair at my university this summer, and I submitted my resume. A few weeks later, HR called me, asking if I wanted an interview on campus. Of course. The other day, I had an interview with a software engineer. He was a very nice guy, and the interview lasted about 30 minutes.

Pros: They treat employees really well.
Goals are very clearly defined, and it's easy to track your progress.

Cons: There is a lot of group-think and an unspoken requirement to drink the Kool-Aid. Communication doesn't always happen in the appropriate channels, so it's easy to become disconnected.
