I submitted the application directly online on the company's website. Two weeks later, I received the phone interview. The interview lasted approximately one hour and was mainly technical. Some questions included OOP concepts and brain teasers, such as the four feathers and how to explain recursion to a 12-year-old child.

Pros: I had been talking to them and working with them for some time now. They are all very helpful and provide a good service.

Cons: I don't really think there are many cons, to be honest. However, the phone waiting times could be shortened by a little amount.

Cons: 1. Might have too much of a process for product design. 2. Generally, product design teams are less agile.
