I was contacted by a recruiter after I had applied for the new grad position online.
Had a 45-minute phone screen with mostly HR questions and puzzles.
Got an email within a week saying I had cleared the first round and they would like to schedule an onsite interview.
Due to a rush, it took almost two months to schedule an onsite.
The onsite interview was fun. They are mostly looking for discussions of how you'll approach the problems.
