The standard hiring process involves a phone interview followed by an onsite interview.
Interviewers were not very polite and seemed to have an attitude that they knew much better.
One interviewer, after I wrote my code, told me I didn't need to test it and left fifteen minutes early. They did not give me a chance to explain my code, leaving me with fifteen minutes to waste.
It was a horrible experience.
