Cons: Worst, worst, worst, and again worst management structure. Total broken attitudes of pointing fingers at employees for a total management failure. No matter how smart you are, how well you perform, if your manager is having an attitude sickness, you are done. And the beauty is, you can't report it anywhere. They make your life hell, they create a hostile environment, and they pressurize people. Icing on the cake: utter political games in the company. It's all about who knows who, who is friends with who. I was in a team where the entire team thinks in one direction, the manager thinks the opposite, and stuff happened.

Cons: Folks have concerns about job security because of recent layoffs.

Pros: Interesting, innovative projects. A lot of machine learning. Private offices instead of open space. Good motivation processes. Great medical, sport, and other benefits.

Cons: A lot of bureaucracy in management. Competing between teams for projects. Long deployment cycles.
