It was a campus interview. The interviewee asked me some general questions about myself and my projects.
Then, they presented a string conversion question: shifting characters by a given value (e.g., 'a' shifted by 1 becomes 'b', and 'z' shifted by 1 wraps around to 'a').
The question was quite easy, but I had forgotten how to convert ASCII codes to characters and vice-versa. It was frustrating.
Regardless, it was a valuable learning experience.
I forgot how to turn ASCII code to a character, and a character to ASCII code.
