I first got an online assessment and had two rounds where there were behavioral and technical questions in each. I had 15 minutes in between. They focused more on the behavioral rounds than the technical round.

Pros: Excellent engineering community, a lot of support for progressive learning, great perks, comfortable offices, flexible hours, and WFH (depends on team).
Naturally, the experience varies across different teams/groups.
Satya has truly transformed the company, and there is great momentum right now. Microsoft is a force for good in the world, and they really do care about earning and keeping customers' trust.
Cons: High dependency on Redmond teams. Compensation is okay, but still not as good as other tech leaders.

Cons: Limited progression opportunities. It seems hard to move upward, but easier to move laterally.
