After sending the CV, they sent an email for a HackerRank exam. The emails I received from HR were AI-generated, and they didn't even bother to edit the message, so it was like "Hi, My name is 'RecruiterName' and happy to....". I had a technical problem with HackerRank. Even though I tried to take it on time, it was giving an "Invite no longer exists" kind of error. After reaching out to the recruiter, they sent another URL.
Then there was the online interview process. In a day, there were three one-hour-long interviews where nobody cared about the personal or behavioral questions. It was obvious that they were reading questions from somewhere and not really listening to my answers. After 10 minutes, they sent a HackerRank URL and asked me to explain and solve the question while sharing my screen. So, the overall experience was not good for me.
