I thought the interview was moderately difficult. There were a number of algorithm-type questions which I thought went okay. No offer as of yet, but it was good experience. I will try to interview again with Microsoft as soon as is practically possib

First Round interview: * Go through your resume. * Determine whether a tree is a BST. * Implement the merge sorting algorithm. Second Round interview: * Go through your resume. * Explain how to design a MapReduce program for the word counting task

The Codility test was sent before a call was arranged. Depending on the test results, I may or may not hear back from the recruiter for next steps. The test was fairly difficult, with a short time limit.
