Software Engineer Interview Experience - Redmond, Washington
Process
I had four interviews. The first one was a Skype interview because the interviewer was remote, about one hour. The second interview was in an office for about one hour. The third interview was the lunch interview. I was very surprised there was almost no white boarding. If you get four interviewers, it does not mean you get the job.
