I had four interviews in a row with four other candidates in a round-robin style for a new grad engineering position on Azure.
There was one really hard interview, one that was kinda hard, and two that I thought were pretty fair.

Pros: - Health covers you and your partner (even if not married, as long as you are still living together). This includes free therapy.
- The company matches 50% of all 401k contributions.
- Some teams allow full work from home.
- There is a good culture, with lots of communities that you can join. It generally does not encourage working more than 40 hours per week.
Cons: Most teams have developers spend a week on call, meaning you need to drop what you're doing and log on if there's an emergency, even if it's 3 a.m. The frequency can vary from team to team.
Pay can stagnate; no one received a baseline raise in 2023.
