Process
The interview process involved two rounds of technical phone interviews, followed by three back-to-back on-site interviews over an afternoon. These included one on personal skills, one on business acumen, and one in-depth technical presentation.
From initial approach to job offer, the process took 10 days. It was the slickest recruitment process I've ever had. The face-to-face sessions were tough but pleasant – no one was trying to trip me up or throw curveballs at me to see how I responded.
