I went through a hiring drive, and the experience after interviews was extremely disappointing. Once the interviews were done, there was complete silence—no update, no rejection, nothing. Even after multiple follow-ups asking for a simple yes/no, there was no response. Candidates put in significant time and effort preparing for these rounds, and the lack of even basic communication feels disrespectful. I am not expecting detailed feedback, just a simple closure. For a company like this, this level of candidate experience is honestly surprising and unacceptable.
