On-campus 30-minute interview in early October (passed).
Heard within a couple of days that all interview spots were taken, but there might be an opening in late November/December.
Heard back from my recruiter in December to schedule an onsite in late January.
Onsite: Group lunch followed by four interviews. You learn about your interviewing group the day of the interview. My group choice was surprisingly appropriate for my interests.
Two of my interviews went well, one was okay.
My last interview was with a senior guy who seemed full of himself. I solved the overall logic of the problem, but it was just too long to solve fully with all the nuances within the approximately 15 minutes allotted (we first chitchatted for about 30 minutes).
I feel like he was disappointed with my answer. To me, it felt like he set me up to fail.
From speaking with another person interviewing earlier in the day with the same senior guy, he received a very simple question and it took him five minutes to solve it.
In the end, we were all told to expect to hear within one to two weeks, and that was it.
I didn't hear back from my onsite recruiter. I pinged my scheduler and campus recruiter twice, and they told me to sit tight.
I finally pressured them, stating I was on a deadline to respond to an offer, and heard back with a generic rejection.
Disappointed about the poor communication with the onsite recruiting team.
Leetcode easy-mediums. I haven't seen any of the questions before.
