Great work-life balance and work-from-home option.
As a contractor, I don't have full-time employee benefits. I have to leave once the contract is over.
Good
There were only three 45-minute interviews, but they require you to commit to a full day. You have to accept that there is no flexibility, and they ask very hard questions, trying to push you to your limit to see your reaction under stress.
Soft skills interview. I was asked why I wanted to join Microsoft. They basically wanted to know if I had done my research. They also asked me a hard math question at the end.
It went very well. The people were very valiant. I had 4 interviews in total: * 1 interview with human resources * 3 technical interviews Plus a phone call for the appointment. It was a response to an advertisement on their website.
