A flexible place to work and the people you are working with are some of the best people you could ever wish for.
There has been a significant lack of clarity from leadership down over the last two years, especially.
With constant changes, this is vital to motivate people in doing their positions to the fullest extent.
I hope the company goes back to how it used to be from a culture standpoint, but I am afraid this may not happen.

Software Engineer (Internship)
Resume screening (got referred by an employee) and 2 OA questions, 1 medium and 1 hard. Then 3 virtual interviews. The questions are much easier compared to the OA: 1 basic system design about the project and 2 easy LeetCode questions.
