The process was quite long, involving multiple interviews over several weeks. Expect at least two months between the start and end of the process. HR meetings could also be tricky and not directly related to your specific position.

Included a recruiter screen, a technical round on Azure architecture, a loop of 4–5 interviews covering design, consulting, and behavioral skills, and a hiring manager discussion focused on customer engagement and past experience.

Three different interview rounds, each with a different focus: * Technical, focusing on Cloud Solution Architecture * Line Manager, focusing on strengths and weaknesses * Team Member, to assess team fit, as a second opinion
