- Increased scrutiny and frugality: time logging, growing focus on KPIs and targets.
- Somehow becoming a bit transactional at times.
- Hard to position oneself as a trusted tech advisor and asking the customer to pay for our time simultaneously.
VBDs don't work the way you think they do. Very few things are repeatable. The new KPIs result in counter-incentives for community, knowledge sharing, and learning opportunities.
