Engineer
The first round was an online test. There were 3 coding questions to be solved in an hour. This was followed by a technical round and an HR round. The coding questions were based on data structures. The test was held on Cocubes.

The virtual interview was relaxed and had a two-way bent to it. I was pleased to be able to ask questions and drive the meeting agenda. My feeling is the interviewer was trying to gauge my social fit more than anything.
