Manufactured urgency from the top makes life hell for engineers. Useless SLT indulges in politics; they enjoy their accumulated stocks over 10-15 years and just settle scores with each other.
They are not open to any idea or suggestions from "outsiders," as Microsoft is the gold standard in everything.
Get rid of leaders with narrow vision, as they have worked only at Microsoft.
