Less pressure compared to other big tech. It might be just because of poor management.

Product or company, nothing competitive. Politics everywhere. Culture and morale just keep going down.

Advice to Management

Do not overlook the signal score. There should be a reason it's low.

A manager promoted to principal with a pretty low signal score perceives the company doesn't care about employee's opinions. If you're not going to take the feedback, don't ask.
